I bought a tshirt from your store of Rs 2999/- and i used it just for one time the stuff of your tshirt is not up to mark as the amount you charged me…the threads of tshirt are running out of it before you wash & when i complaint about it in your store the gave me time for 15 days for quality check & they told me that they will call me now after one& half months i get my tshirt return in the same condition they told me that it is not our fault you have cut it with some sharp thing…why should i cut my tshirt i will take care of it because i have spend ₹2999/- on a branded product….is it your quality??? I m a regular customer of Louis phillpe but now this time i m very disappointed with your services…i thing local stores of clothes gives more better services from you…..i also bought products from other stores if their product have some problem they will replace it … without giving any excuses I don’t want any other product i just want the same but replace it with new one Was this information helpful? |
