Louis Philippe — Refund not received for returned shirt which was damaged

I bought a white shirt on 14-oct-2022 from https://www.louisphilippe.com. It was delivered on 18-oct-2022 with defects, multiple stain marks on the shirt. I have uploaded the pictures here for reference. I immediately initiated a return on 18-oct-2022. The shirt was picked up by their agent on the next day. Till date I have neither received the refund nor have I received any reply when I send a query through their customer support page on the website and again no reply to my repeated emails to their customer care email id corporate.[protected]@abfrl.adityabirla.com. Last week I have even copied Mr Vipul Batra's on the repeated reminders but to no avail. The item cost is Rs 3249. I have no idea how to list all the things wrong in this entire process. I will list a few -
- How can a reputed premium brand send an item without any quality checks with so many defects.
- Instead of compensating for their grave overlooking of the quality, they make me waste so much time running after them for my refund.
- There is no staff to answer calls, answer emails.
- No shame despite all the above issues being such a reputed brand. Now I am wondering how did the brand get a good reputation.
- Even the boss is too busy to understand that there is something seriously wrong with the company when a customer is directly emailing him. Shouldn't he be worried why a customer would have to copy him on a otherwise routine process?

Hopeless shameless irresponsible stealing people. Refund the amount.
