Louis Philippe — Return and Refund Related

I ordered a Sweat shirt on Louis Philip app on 03/02/2023 (Order ID[protected] and the same has been delivered to me on 06.02.2023. Due to size and fit issue I raised a return request and the same has been picked up on 06.02.2023. But since there was no information on refund I raised a complaint with Ticket ID-CAS-651620-T4F9S1. But till today that complaint status is showing Open. I write mails to [protected]@abfrl.in on 8th Feb-23 raising my concern. After follow-up I got the reply on 12th Feb-23 stating that they have escalated this issue to their refunds team and the refund will be initiated from their end in the next 24-48 hours to my source account details, which will then take about 2-3 business days to reflect in my account. But till date no refund credited to my account. I write several follow up mails to [protected]@abfrl.in, [protected]@abfrl.adityabirla.com, [protected]@abfrl.adityabirla.com but there is no response. Pls do the needful to resolve the issue.
