Louis Philippe — Return cancelled without any updates

I applied for this return, but your courier partner never showed up to pick it up.
I tried to contact shadow fax courier service a few times, I talked to their executive thrice and asked to schedule a pickup but no pickup is ever made.

They only messaged me that pickup will happen but no one showed up to pick it up. From last 15 days and trying to contact them but no response.

Now shadow fax courier service informed me that the pickup is cancelled by louis.

I want to return this blazer and i want my refund back
