Louis Philippe — Return not picked

I had placed an order of 2 suits through Louis Phillip app, and wanted to return 1 of them. I initiated the return 2 days after receiving the product which was on 12th of the last month, but so far neither it has been picked nor have we received any word from them. In the absence of a contact number, we are totally helpless and at their mercy. The return window of 30 days is also coming to an end, and we have no clue what to do. Please help, if possible.
