I had placed the order on 22/10/2022 for jacket (full black) order id 6992517 through louis Philippe app and the jacket was delivered to me on 26/10/2022 but as i opened the parcel the jacket was different as shown in the image and i applied for returning the product and all the labels and price tags were intact but on 27/10/2022 the return delivery person said that i have to return the same jacket as shown in the image as i showed him the label and product, he said he was new he cannot take the return since then no efforts are being made to take the return neither any respond from the customer care email . The mail only say that we will contact you shortly within 48 hrs .which i had tried many times but all in vain. Was this information helpful? |
