Hello, i have raised a complaint of battery backup with Luminous CC in april 2017, against which their technician visited and said the problem is with inverter. After changing the inverter the same prob persisted for which raised another complaint in May 20th, against which same technician visited and now saying that the prob is with battery. I dont understand if the battery life was only 1 month or got retired because of new inverter. Now the battery warranty is over, so no one wants to take the responsibility of the failure of the technician who was not able to identify the problem at first hand. Now Luminous is saying that they cant do anything as the battery warranty got over. I am very disappointed with the service i got from Luminous Was this information helpful? |
