I given already complaint but get not any response. I called many times to cutomer care. Even many times called to manager mr rajesh and lokesh. I am not satisfied with their services. Manage to day on[protected] positively. Other wise i will not use this product and also will go to consumer court. Can i wish to solve problem to day? Purchase date of the inverter is[protected]. I bought the Luminous inverlast Battery on 07/09/2017. I found yhe backup period is very less . it continued less than 3 hours as my observation since long period . my consumption points are 3 nos of ceiling fans and 4 nos of CFL bulbs . please check it and advice accordingly.
