Luminous — luminous inverter product parts issue

I am using luminous inverter.in jun i rise a complaint about product and service person come and change the mother board. After one month again same issue happened and i complaint to costume care. Again server person come and said your mother board is not working. You need to again pay for motherboard. So there is any rule how these company survive in market. They use duplicate parts. No one is there to listen customer issue instead they only loots money from customer and charger for every month for the same things
