Luminous — non delivery of product purchased on line from luminous india on 16/03/2018

I have paid rs 1699/- for cost of ceiling fan vide order no[protected] dated 16/03/2018. The delivery is still awaited. I have tried number of time to customer care [protected]/[protected] no one attended call. I have trassed one other no o[censored]mesh mishra [protected] but he also not answering call.. Pl intimate that this company is still exist or vanish
