Luminous — order #[protected]

I would like to draw your attention towards the order i placed on 19 of aug 2018. The product is still not delivered. There is no change of status from the date of purchase. I have tried contacting the customer service but such a pathetic response. As a consumer i feel quite dissatisfied with the kind of support luminous is providing. I have not received a single update nor a call for the same. I need this to be high-lightened to the above management.

Not charging battery

Battery not charging
It is 2 Months when service provider took my fan from my home for replacement which was under warranty. Yet company not delivered the new one. Responsible persons are Sandip and Shekhar.
