I was purchased a luminous zelio 1100/12 v sine wave inverter on 15 mar 2017 with 2 years warranty.
1) this inverter was not getting switched on from 29 may 2018. My parents are senior citizens... They were informed to the dealer where i was purchased the ineveter, the dealer was confirmed that the inverter has to be replace with new one, because the internal parts of the inverter was burnt out.
2) the dealer was told me to make a call 2 d customer care for registering a complaint n i did the same.
3) as per the customer care officials massage, the representative has to solve the problem with in 24-48 hours after registering the complaint, they given two telephone numbers
[protected] and [protected]
4) i was simultaneously trying them. But, they are not even ready to give the reply
5) as per company policy they have to clear the fault with in specific time but they are not interested to take up the case. Really this is worst company with worst peoples Was this information helpful? |
