Luxekart — online scam

I have received the order of my "Gucci" bag 10 days ago and it is incorrect. This is fake and not the bag I ordered anyway! I have paid the cash amount. I've asked for a refund and someone was to come collect the fake and wrong bag and return either the amount of the order placed. I was sceptical but thought it is advertised on FB and must be authentic. I was told if I am not happy the money will be refunded and they will take the item back! Mails to reverse, sales, info and [protected]@luxekart.com have been futile. They tried to collect the fake bag and fedex called me, but they had no knowledge of the exchange that was to be carried out. They seem to have shut shop, all mails have been bounced and their phone number (+91 [protected]) too has a voice recording. Nidhi another victim of this scam has provided me with an address she believes manages lukxekart: Luxekart.Ecommerce plot no 940 industrial area phase 2 CHANDIGARH 160002 India. We should ALL go file a complaint at the police station, so these con artists can be traced and we save other people from being conned like us! Very unsatisfied Payal Lohia
