online scam

I have received the order of my "Gucci" bag 10 days ago and it is incorrect. This is fake and not the bag I ordered anyway! I have paid the cash amount. I've asked for a refund and someone was to come collect the fake and wrong bag and return either the amount of the order placed. I was sceptical but thought it is advertised on FB and must be authentic. I was told if I am not happy the money will be refunded and they will take the item back!...

Cheating Indian consumers via ecommerce platform

Not delivered product even after 40 days.

The shoes delivered to me where not the one I ordered so they were picked back by the company after 2 days of delivery which was around 10 Aug 2014.
