Made Easy — Regarding delay in postal package delivery.

I have had placed an order for postal package books on 28th February, 2021. Their policy is to deliver package in 10-15 working day and now it's been a month I haven't received any package yet. I have mailed and call them, now been blocked by their courier service.
On 19 March, 2021 delivery guy [[protected]] called several times asked me to come different places about 5-7 km away from delivery address to collect the package and refused to deliver it at my address.
On 20 March, 2021 I got a call from [[protected]] that I'll get my package on Monday i. e. 22nd March, 2021 but again got no package. I mailed them and they said vehicle was broken and will deliver tomorrow.
On 23rd March, 2021 without any delivery I mailed them and asked tell me the exact time or date you will deliver the package. Then, I received a call from [[protected]] whoever was speaking was very rude anyways he said I'll get the delivery tomorrow. I said fine just mail me that I'll get delivery by tomorrow. They mailed.!
On 24th March, 2021 I received a call from their manager [[protected]] she confirmed my number and said she will arrange delivery for today. Now after few minutes later got a call from[protected] to talk to their manager. I called and told them all the issues and got a reply that I'll get package tomorrow. And got blocked by their manager.
But as you know tomorrow never comes and their endless tomorrow means I never received any package yet and it's been a month.
