Sir, myself rohit sharma had taken admission for weekend offline course from made easy institute for 2yr programme from session 2021to 23. But after completing 1 yr, further offline weekend classes are dismissed by the institute and providing option like take online classes or weekday offline classes. Sir I m final year b.tech student and can't able to take weekday classes. And sir there I huge difference in offline and online course fee....

I have had placed an order for postal package books on 28th February, 2021. Their policy is to deliver package in 10-15 working day and now it's been a month I haven't received any package yet. I have mailed and call them, now been blocked by their courier service.

Sir i have bought made easy test series for gate on september 24 2018. But it is not showing in my id. I also have confirmation message. Please resolve problem. My id is [protected]@gmail.com. So please resolve this problem i have test on few days so please resolve it. While making my payment it is timed out. But my money is taken from the debit card. After that i have logged on to website but it is not showing that i have purchased the item....

I m a 2 yr prog student of etc branch in madeeasy bbsr. At the time of admission the staff said i can repeat any subject if i want because i m in 2 yr program. I thougt it would be great if i can repeat some subjects. They also said that in any of our exam times the missed topic will be covered next year. But now they are denying it. Also for any query the behavior of receptionists is very bad. I want strict actions regarding my problem....

Sir please resolved this problem and my exam is left about 70days only i want to give test series it's very important for me.

Dear sir/madam, on 3rd september 2017, i had logged into online tests series portal and purchased gate test series.. Payment was done and i even got the confirmation message saying amount has been deducted from account. I was getting an error on home page and from now the test series which i bought is not even showing on my account. Please resolve the issue.
I have tried calling the helpline but no one picks up....
