vehicle documents not given I rajneesh purchased a car HONDA CITY DL 3CS 1417 ON 12/3/2015 from magic auto used car department karol bagh and made full payment of car, but they had not given me th R.C of the car as per them they transfer ed it on my name only then give it to me for transferring papers i have to give 2500/ Rs at the time when they hand over R.C, The time period given me was 15days, now its been 3months are over still i have not get my R.C i am not able to drive my car without papers I contacted them regularly but no response from there now i want my papers please help me to get it .
