Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — UPI amount got deducted but not reflected in billing portal

I made a UPI bill payment through MSEDCL portal. I did UPI transfer from Citibank account. The transaction for payment to MSEDCL failed, but amount (Rs. 760) was debited; it was never reversed/refunded.

Here are the details:

Comments

The extra amount (which did not reflect as received) seem to have been received by MSEB and the amount from that payment was used for payment of the next month bill. So, it seems okay for now. No issue. No further action required from MSEB side. Thanks to MSEB's automated system(s)..
