Dear Sirs,
I purchased MTNL SIM [protected] and using since 26.9.2006 by submitting proper documents, being an Advocate. Further, in addition to the above SIM, I had some other MTNL SIMs [protected]; [protected]; [protected] and also Land line 27483040 is being used since 13.10.2003 with Broad Band facility. However, the MTNL authorities are often allotting one of my SIM [protected] to somebody which is causing great inconvenience to official communication to various customers, including my personal banking transactions, as it was my registered mobile for my banking transactions.
This was brought to the MTNL, Panvel Tel.Ex. Navi Mumbai, earlier vide my letter dt.20.12.2016 and rectified their mistake immediately. However, it was no problem since then. Now, again the same problem arisen and got dead my Mobile No.[protected] since morethan 15 days and while contacting the customer complaint it was informed that the said number was named to somebody.
Now, I am going to make a registered notice to MTNL authorities for their faulty and unauthorised services by allotting one SIM to two customers which is illegal and unethical business. Besides this, I am bringing this matter to CMD, MTNL and to all the concerned MTNL authorities for immediate rectification, lest the matter would be faced by MTNL at the Consumer Court.
