I am Aashish George having MTNL landline no.29997861, CA No. [protected] which was taken in the name of my mother Mrs. Annam George, my phone died in starting of January and till march 1st it remained dead. On 2-3 march, 2020 the technician came and saw my connection and restored my connection after much complaint. On 5th of march my phone died and has been dead ever since, then on 29.05.2020 the technician came again and said that the telephone wire is wornout and it will need changing,
on 1.09.2020 Finally two days ago the landline and broadband was fixed and now the broadband is unstable again. The lineman had told me that the wire needs changing, but the same hasn't been changed, therefore, the broadband issues is still persisting. I am attaching the latest complaint. Kindly issue suitable instructions to the concerned officials for fixing this issue.
on 03.09.2020 my phone is disconnected for non-payment of bill and they continue to bill me till now. for no reason! how can you expect me to pay for a dead connection? its been 10 months!
I have tried contacting the landline number of the office nearby but no one picks up the phone, these problems were there but beginning 2020 its gone to an unbearable limit. please help me.
