With reference to above, we would like to inform that in spite of our repeated online complaint for non working of broadband connection, no lineman from mtnl bothered to visit our place. Moreover we get reply via sms that your complaint is resolved without resolving or finding fault of what is wrong in our connection.
We as a school have taken this connection for educating our students for digital education via internet and other school related online work. We are sorry to say that your customer service is not upto mark and will be forcing us to go for another better option.
Presently we have 5 mtnl connection with one dedicated broadband line. If proper service not received from you then will terminate all connections of mtnl.
Hope you will seriously look into the above matter and give us satisfactory response.
