Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — calls never made are being charged under vas for past 4 months. complaint lodged at [protected]@bol.net.in not answered

Dear sir,

Please refer to my earlier complaint for excess charging for calls not made by me since mar 2018, no action has been taken so far to rectify the bills and refund me the amount charged for it.

Further, it could be seen that wrong billing done during billing period for 01may-31 may 2018 at serial no 3 to 7 has been again billed in bill for period 01 jun-30 jun 2018 at serial no 01 to 05.
I had visited your sanchar hut at noida with this compliant and spoken to supervisor at phone no[protected] and[protected] who had assured me for correction and refund of above amounts but alas i continue to suffer and made to pay for calls not made by me.
Please do take corrective action at the earliest and block these numbers shown in your vas charge list for my mobile no. And refund me the amount charged so far
