Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — complaining

My name is yaman singh, my mobile no. [protected]. I am suffering from funbazar [protected]@5 service. I did not activate this service. Company activated forcely. And they charged 5 r's. Mtnl deducted my lots of rupees. Many times i call at customer care but they people did not do anything and many time they cut my call. I send msg (Stop) to 155223 but could not get any reply msg. I am in trouble please help me. My mobile balance is still deducting by mtnl. Please do the needful as soon as possible thanks Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I am neither receiving nor can I make any whatsapp calls, messages etc. My internet is not functioning, hence no e-mail, face book etc activity can be done.

As I have complained just today, there is no up-date except that the complaint needs immediate attention.
