Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — dead phone for more than 15 days

My landline no 27428494 is dead since more than 20 days. I have registered a complaint on 2/02/2019. Since then no action has been taken. Such an awe full experience with mtnl. Same old poor services. After raised so many phone calls also nothing has been done rather my call has been put on hold for long 15 minutes and people are gossiping about their office parties.

Very slow internet, unable to send msgs open sites but wifi is on... internet is damn slow... with 0 download spd as even youtube etc is not playing... i want compensation.. 28674773 landline internet broadband..
