Hon'ble president,
I submit that i have telephone no.[protected] with broadband services for the last so many years. Since 2014 i have been facing problems of non functioning of broadband services. I have repeatedly requested mtnl officials and dotel to resolve my grievance but there is no satisfactory resolution to my complaint. I have repeatedly requesting mtnl officials on there nos. 25366666, 28088300, 28088400, [protected], email to [protected]@bol.Net.In, [protected]@bol.Net.In, [protected]@bol.Net.In, and so numerous ivrs complaints but my broadband remains out of service on an average 15 days out of 30 days during the month. My complaints to gov. Portal are as under: dotele/2016/16967 dtd 22.05.2016, dotel/e/13941 dtd.3.5.2016, dotel/e/2016/10285, dotel/e/2016/8669 dtd.15.03.2016, dotel/e/2016/10285 dtd. 1.4.2016, dotel//e/2016/11381 dtd. 18.04.2016, dotel/e/2016/12571 dtd. 23.04.2016, dotel/e/2016/13941 dtd.28.04.2016 dotel/e/2016/8669 dtd.23.03.2016, dotel/e/2016/11381 dtd.07.04.2016. I have lodged so many complaints also but mtnl officials as usual never responded to my requests and continuously and deliberately caused hardship to me by not providing uninterrupted broadband services for which i used to pay on an average rs.1500/ each month. This is deficiency of services.
My humble request to the hon'ble president is to please do justice to me by awarding compensation of refund of my bills paid amount to rs. 50000/- (Aprx) and an equal amount for the harassment, mental agony faced by me during the last couple of years.
