I nawal kishore singh, house no-519, sec-9, rk puram _110022, new delhi owns a mtnl connection with no. 26192483 and broadband connection along with it. I want to you to disconnect the broadband connection, because no use of broadband of mtnl (Consumer no: [protected]).

Therefore, i want you to see the matter and do the needful as soon as possible and disconnect my broadband connection.

Our landline is dead since last month we have paid the bill also please look into the problem

26149080 is dead since 4th October.There is no response to my complaint from any quarter.Neither Area Manager nor General Manager have responded to my several emails as if they are hardly concern with customer's complaint.It seems MTNL cannot provide trouble free service as phone remained dead for longer periods in the past sevral times.
