Myself, Anit Chandra, Thane ghodbunder road, has been using MTNL Broadband Service since a long time. I am really unsatisfied by the MTNL service as my broadband connection is down since last 14 days.
Regular complaints have been given verbally over the phone. I even visited office 4 times. Swaminathan, and all senior staff their are useless, and they even dont know how to talk with customer. they said they have so many customers to address. we will not fix it in time. they misbehaved. Only assurance and complaint numbers are given each time but no fruitful action has been taken from the respective authorities.All the time they have been giving phone numbers of some authority who never pick up the phone As we need internet. But the delayed disconnection is causing me alot of trouble for us.
