I am having issues from last 3 weeks, sent multiple emails to GM etc, complaint via phone, app, all done, but no one is helping. I am paying for 8mbps plan, but they always cap the speed at 4 mbps or 512 kbps. which is really frustrating. whenever you call they say, the wire will not support 8mbps so pay for 8 mbps and we will provide 4 mbps, wherein 8 mbps speed was working fine for 1.5 years without issues.
its really frustrating when no one is ready for help and I keep on receiving bills for same.
please help further.
