Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — No internet

I have all docket number, i am complainting from august but problem still not resolved . mr mrigan came twice but not solved no speeed at all phone also not working but still we r paying bills of 4 mbps plan i have all the proofs also that we are not getting internet and speed, you can also check our history, after online complaint booking 2 hrs complaing trackers tells its resolved... whats this? thats why i am disconnecting internet and landline,
