Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — no network for months

Address:RZ 202 B block gopal nagar najafgarh, 110043

Since January there is no network in my sim. Everyone calls me on my mtnl sim but due to no signal call never reaches. My card is issue with mtnl sim's number only and due to this I can not do online payments as online payments require otp and I did not get any otp due to no signal. Please check if there is any issue of tower or something else as soon as possible
