Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Not doing installation of broadband combo plan | |||
My Name Is Hemant Kawadgiri, I have been using MTNL land land connection[protected] since 1993. On 21/04/2016, I applied for 2 mbps combo plan, the representative stated that they will make a connection within 48 hours, however so far no representative came to my house for connection process. After long follow up went I went there myself for configuration, Mr. S. D Yadav unable to configured my modern device, he was keep on insisting me to take MTNL device. Today I tried to do it myself in my home with Labtop, it get connected, however connection status showing as “Limited”. I called to Mr. S. D Yadav, he stated that the responsible person when to village and no one is there who could come to my house. I insist him to come, however he refused to do so. He am very frustrated now with such kind of poor service. They only send wire man who does not have any idea about configuration process. If they don’t want to do installation process, then why MTNL is charging 300 rupee installation charge? Please answer me. I am struggling to active my combo plan even after repetitive follow up.
