Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Poor and delayed services | |||
Dear Authority, Myself, Hemant Savla, a businessman in Santacruz West, Mumbai has been using MTNL Broadband Service since a long time. I am really unsatisfied by the MTNL service as my broadband connection frequently gets disconnected. The DSL light goes every 15 min. Regular complaints have been given verbally over the phone. Only assurance and complaint numbers are given each time but no fruitful action has been taken from the respective authorities.All the time they have been giving phone numbers of some authority who never pick up the phone As a businessman we need internet. But the frequent disconnection is causing us alot of trouble for us. I am a loyal costumer paying all the bills on time but I haven’t got yet the worth service in return. Our broadband connection gets disconnected every 15min. Still there is no concession given on the bill. I request you to take necessary actions else I ll have to switch to a private cable internet provider Thank you.
