On 01.07.2018, I have made telephone complaint for not working under docket no.16 (whereas it was not working since 26.06.2018 - made complaints twice, but they themself cleared without making any confirmation from me or without set right my phone for use).
On 20.07.2018 at 13.35, I have taken the status the complaint and till that date, it was not cleared ( print out taken attached).
Writing this complaint, now I have received bill charging full months charges. When the phone is not working how they charged full from me.
