Dear sir/madam My self islamullah siddiqui, i have the mtnl landline telephone no 28332242 alongwith the broadband (Ca no [protected]). In this regard this is to inform you that above no & broadband Is not working from 01month before, for that i have several time telephonically complaint to area office on [protected] & 25175111 which is pickup the phone mrs verma, every time she is tell me sir your complaint has been process, also she is giving the some mobile no and name (Mr gauri shankar mbl no [protected], mr babu ram mbl no [protected], mr chauhanbut they are not pickup the mobile & till now not rectify the my problem and nobody is bothered with my complaint. So it is my request you kindly look in the matter and provide the solution on urgent basis otherwise i will come to you through legal.
