Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — too much of my bill amount

Every month i get a landline bil of rs. 779 this month i have got a bill of rs.894. M really disappointed bcz i dnt use landline for outgoing calls and my internet of mtnl works worst. I have not received any response from any of the mtnl workers. Kindly provide me complete detailed bill according to my issue. I wont b paying this bill unless m satisfied. I hope to get revert soon.

In our area sion pratikshnagar mumbai, landline and broadband connection dead from november 2018.No one is responding till the date it is almost one and half month over, and they are sending monthly bills to us.I done ECS so they deducting bill amount monthly, and no one is there to solve problem.
