Either bus is not in good condition or driver is feeling sleepy or not well. Bus no MH 06 S 8176. Going pune from kolhapur. Left kolhapur at 2 pm. Bus is too slow all other ordinary busses with red color and asiad busses are overtaking this bus. If we are paying so high amount, we are expecting some good service. Bus not Stop At HAL MAIN gate at 15:00 or 23:00 Many person Avail at this time bus not any bus stop here.. please arrange bus at 23:00 & 15:00 o clock

I have travelling from Borivali to Versova (fountain) on regular bases.But most buses did not stop at Versova which is theirs regular stop.I know you not going to take any kind of action on this but it's my duty as a public to notify you
