Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Refund of my money and unjustified withdrawal

Honourable sir/madam

I am juber mujawar. I had booked online ticket on 24 october for travelling from swargate to satara

But then i cancelled the ticket on 26 october. Msrtc messaged me that rs.106 will be refunded to me. But instead of refunding, they withdraw rs.100 from my account.

This is not correct
Please look into this
