Dear Sir,

Even if I had reservation( from Kasegaon for below bus dtd. 12/09/16. Bus was not stopped at kasegaon stop. Due to which I was unable reach on time at my destination. Also controller was not available at Kasegaon to report my compliant. I have reported my complaint on telephone to sangli depo. ph. no.[protected] at 7:25 am.kindly refund my Reservation amount as per below ticket.Ticket details as below.
