Maharashtra University of Health Sciences — Applied for my BuMs degree transcription,but they did nothing.

My name is Dr faheem khan, I lost a chance to go UK for my master's degree, because muhs took Rs.11, 000 plus they didn't transcript unani subjects.only they stamped my marksheet and degree.thats it.
They have taken 35days for that thing.
Now my whole 1year wasted, with incomplete transcription degree.
