Mahindra Bolero — Heavy Cyclic abnormal noise at 5th Gear, irritating

While driving Bolero on highway on 5th Gear, Heavy abnormal cyclic noise is observed causing irritation and frustration that something major problem will take place...
Shown to dealer but very slow response from him.
Needs support on high priority resolution as we are from rural area and continue required our Bolero due to hospital emergency due to old parents.
