Mahindra Bolero — Regarding heating and smelling

I bought mahindra bulero pickup in March 2021 having ragistration I'd BR 06 GE 6428
I all ready complaint before this on toll free complaint number against this problem . My vehicle get heat very quickly and smelling also now clouch plate not working I think it burnt . You told me how it happen if vehicle is running only 5600 km
