Make My Gateway — Referral gift not yet received

I've done the transaction on 22nd October 2014 with the reference of the following transaction no. 2189/
29804309. For the clear information please follow the email conversation with Support staff of MAKE MY GATEWAY.

I’m trying to reach on “+[protected]” but I could not getting connected to you. When
I’ve dialed it’s says the number is incorrect from few days. That’s the reason why I’m
mailing you.

As I’ve done the transaction on 22nd October 2014, and here is the reference

But till now I did not get my referral Gift, I use to follow up with Mr. Ry Shyam on this no.

courier with Agarwal packers and movers. It’s returned back to you because of damage as per his statement. And again it’s shipped with this number[protected] before 2 weeks back, but till now I didn’t get any courier from you. I really do not know what’s went wrong with this.

Please let me know to whom I should contact to get my gift, it's already 3 months passed from the order date. Please give a quick resolution on this issue.

[protected], Mr. Ry Shyam has been processed and shared my committed product dispatched docket no.43562589 through Agarwal packers and movers, My bad luck unfortunately it got damaged while shipping without reaching me, according his statement the product which you have sent already returned for that it has been taken one month, for that I was awaited for 2 months after dispatched at your end. At that time again I've reached you to know the status, than again Mr Ry Shyam who is our gentle man given me assurance that you don't worry Sir, we'll dispatch your product in next shipment, he again given me the docket no after dispatch here it is the no.[protected]. Here I really don't know what happened for this courier. It has been taken again one and half month as per his notes, due to some festive holidays and some server issues it got delayed to reach you the product. After this mail who is the senior manager of the support team Mr. Rajeev Patnakar taken my case and he also has been committed to deliver my product with in a week, he said me on that day, Sir, anyway you have waited for 3 months for your product, This is the last time will deliver your product in a week. As per this Gentleman statement again I've awaited for 15 days from the date of his commitment. Here also I did not get any result.

Again what to do, again I've reached you to know the status, than one more most senior person from the support who is Mr. M.S Chotala has been taken my case and handled it like this: Till now what was happened you forgot, You trust me once at this time I'll dispatch your product, But before that could you please send me the 10 referral contacts to process your request, Here I've given genuine of 20 contacts . For this process again he has been taken one month. Meanwhile I'm following up with him to get it done soon. at last the "THIRD Attempt" of the dispatched with the following docket no.46462853 on 24th Feb 2015 Monday, this Docket no was shared by Mr. Ry shyam.Here also I've awaited for 15 days after dispatched the product, here also I was failed to get this product. As far as I know in India if you take any low class courier service, they will not take more than 10 days to deliver the product across the India. But here I was awaited for months to get my courier. But again and again no result :(

When I called after 15 days to your support team one of the gentleman said "we can not
dispatch what we have committed product due to some internal processes". and
we'll give your money back.

Here I need a clarification on my case, who will responsible for my justify on this case?

Firstly, I have not approached you to buy your product, you people contacted me to buy your product and committed for the assured gift what I have specified in the subject above line. Now you people saying that we'll return your money after I've awaited for five months.

I've reached you till now more than 3000 times about this case, the number looks may be odd but it's true. here funnily what happened you know, You have remembered my contact details whenever I contact you, When I said I'm Lingaraju, every support person knows my name and my case. Most of the times when I said my name after hello some of them keep the phone without any answer, it may be irritating you when I was called you, butwithout reason why should I called you? Do you think I've no work to call and irritate you every time? See, I also one of the successful IT Manager for the list of fortune 500 COMPANY, even I too know the value of the support people how much they'll struggle during the calls. I've contacted with these people from your support end: Ry Shyam, Rajeev Patnakar, MS Chotala, Harish, Rahul Kapoor, Mohit Verma, Amith Deekshith, Ramaswami and some others.

When I come to the final conclusion, I need my product which you have committed within a week time, I don't know who will be taking responsibility at this time, I need written proof with this mail by keeping the CC to Sri. Sandeep Chaurasia who is Managing Director of MAKEMYGATEWAY organization.
