I have been trying to get refund of the cancelled air india flight from MMT since last 2 years, the airline has already refunded the amount to MMT wallet but it has not been credited to my bank account.
I have tried to talk to to them many times but did not get any updates on the process.
I submitted my bank details for the transfer 4 months back, but still I have not received the amount yet....

I booked (2 passengers Seat No L2, L3) bus ticket in Apple Travel through Make my trip from Chennai to Coimbatore on 20th @ 11 pm. It was a AC sleeper, bus got repaired in Chengalpattu around 1am and we got other alternative bus non ac non sleeper @5.30 am. Such a worst trip .
