[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — A humble request to help me to get a full refund for booking ids nh[protected], nh[protected], nh[protected] & booking id: nh[protected].

I regret to inform you that I booked 4 Deluxe Double Bed Rooms for 2 nights from 4-6 April 2016 are not as per expectations and claimed on makemytrip.com so All 4 Families were not ready to stay and I request you for full refund for all 4 Rooms for 2 Nights.

Sir, I am your regular customer of makemytrip and I am also in contact with manager Mr Sagar ([protected]) Hotel Peace Point, Pahadganj, Delhi and according to Hotel Authority they have not charged makemytrip and I am able to get full refund from makemytrip but unfortunately makemytrip authority making new excuses everyday so now I hope from you to get justice to get a full refund for Booking IDs NH[protected], NH[protected], NH[protected] & Booking ID: NH[protected].

I regret to inform you that makemytrip is not refunding my money which is nothing but cheating and injustice to me and what they should do to help its customers I am doing and as a result of it I conferenced with makemytrip and Hotel Peace Point Authority and I was provided a Mobile no. of Hotel owner Mr. Sagar ([protected]) and he has convinced me that they have refunded full money and to get full refund from makemytrip is of course my right and therefore plz find attached telephonic communication audio clip which is a biggest evidence that Hotel Authority has not charged and now I am sure I'll get full refund from makemytrip.

I am a Travel Agent the pioneer customer of makemytrip and also othe online Travel Portals like Goibibo. Akbartravels, yatra.com, musafir.com and I regularly issue domestic and international tickets, hotel bookings as well and this is for the first time such problem occured and it is shamefull for makemytrip that they are not helpping me in this regard thereupon when I contact them they disconnect my call so I request to Hotel Authority to send email to makemytrip with the request to refund my money at the earliest and at the same time also request consumercourtforum to take strick action against makemytrip to help me get full refund and justice.
