[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund of Air India express following from last 10 days | |||
I have booked the flight of Air india express from jaipur to Dubai, Air India express has send the refund which I'm following from make my trip customer care team from last 10 days and i have not received any response Air India as a service gesture has refunded the whole amount rather than just no show refund .I'm very impressed with the way Air Indai has taken up the case, now as I have booked my tickets through make my trip, which I normally does but now after this case i will not book any tickets and also tell my friends that don't consider this as a option for the booking rather go with some others . This is a typical harassment to the customer which is not tolerable Was this information helpful? | |||

I got a balance from make my trip by referring the app and i collected 4500 rs but it has been deducted today without any booking kindly do the needful my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com register mob [protected]

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case an found that on 25-Oct-15 a failed transaction has been generated against which an amount of Inr 5626/- was charged and due to some technical issue at our end the refund of the amount has got delayed and processed on 28-Nov-15. This should now be reflecting in your account. If in case refund is not reflecting in your account, request you to please provide the bank statement of your account by which the payment was made from the date of first transaction to till date in PDF format. So, that we can validate this further with your bank accordingly.
