"dear sir \ madam,
I was supposed to travel by malindo airline on 14th september 2016, by flight no. M - 3kn44 and pnr no. Pmgbjy. I had already reached to the counter at 8:00 pm as my flight departure time was 10:05 pm. A day before flight i was informed to carry my either return or onward journey ticket as i was travelling from india to singapore and thereafter philippines. As i reached to the check in counter i was given boarding pass and my luggage was ready to go but all of a sudden the lady at the check in counter stopped me and took my boarding pass back and returned my luggage saying that i can't travel without return ticket to india which was impossible to me as i was already inside the airport and it is not allowed to go out of airport. They further added that they will first check if i can travel to philippines without visa. I already showed them in my mobile using my data that indian holing singapore visa can travel to philippines for 14 days
But they disagreed and asked me to wait till they inquire after one and half hour i was informed that i can't travel without return ticket and the station master further denied that his staff didn't inform me that i can travel with onward journey ticket. I missed my flight because of their unprofessional ism and carelessness behavior. Please look into the matter thanks in advance.
