Hi my name is HAY MON KEAT. I would like to lodge a complaint against your company malindo air. I suppose to take your flight on sunday 2nd april 2017 from dmk bangkok donmueang to klia. My reservation code is MVAACP and the flight no id od523. On that day before we onboard to the plane, there is one lady which is the same flight with us suddenly shout, scream, singing and scolded the crew at gate 1 where is the gate we wait for our plane. She even chasing another passenger at gate 1, running around and scolded the land crew. On that time there is at least 6 security on duty came to gate 1 and try to calm her down and bring her out but too bad they failed to calm her down and that particular women keep on screaming and scolded to all those on duty security. To me, i feel that this lady really cannot control of her emotional on that time so that before i onboard i have asked your malindo land crew which checked my flight ticket, i ask her wether that particular lady is going to onboard and your malindo air crew told me that they will definitely will not allowed that lady to be onboard and your malindo crew did told me that the reason they not allowed her to be on board is because (she is crazy ). This is the reason your crew give me before i onboard with my partner. After double confirm with your malindo crew me and my partner get into the plane and ready to fly back. But after 15minute waiting in the plane i saw that particular lady which your land crew said that she will not onboard alrdy inside your malindo air plane (flight no od523). On that time i have ask your malindo stewardess why can she be onboard since your land crew told me that she will not onboard, and that stewardess said she will check it out for me and come back to me. But while i m waiting all the crew have alrdy close all the plane door and the captain told us that od523 is going to fly and on that time your crew didnt give me an explanation at all. So i take my hand carry luggage and request to get down from the plane with my partner. In this case i think that your company malindo air is really irresponsible and do not care about your customer needs and complaint. I think that your company malindo air is really put us in the dangerous situation and also do not think of your crew and passengers safety at all. How can your company can let a passenger which could not control her emotional on board and put us into the dangerous situation. Malindo is running an airbus company not the bus company. The plane cannot stop in the middle of the sky if anything happen inside the plane. I lodge this complaint so that i need a good explanation from your company because after this incident your company do not even try to contact me back and give me an explanation at all.
