Hi my name is HAY MON KEAT. I would like to lodge a complaint against your company malindo air. I suppose to take your flight on sunday 2nd april 2017 from dmk bangkok donmueang to klia. My reservation code is MVAACP and the flight no id od523. On that day before we onboard to the plane, there is one lady which is the same flight with us suddenly shout, scream, singing and scolded the crew at gate 1 where is the gate we wait for our plane....
