Mangalam Teleshopping — Fraud

I am Yogesh Turale a resident of pune.I got a phone call from a firm named mangalam teleshopping.I ordered a mobile phone and the mode of payment was cash on delivery. They provided me with their email id and phone number.7 days later i received the parcel by paying rs 3, 500 as was decided.Upon opening a parcel, i found out that it contained a chain, a goggle and a watch the money worth of which in total is not more than rs 150. The shipping was done through fedex.Both mangalam teleshopping and fed ex had clearly written on the invoice of that parcel that it contained a mobile phone.The photos of the invoices are attatched. I tried calling them on the four numbers they have provided me with but i have not received any response from them.Also, i lodged a complaint with fedex regarding this but they are claiming no responsibility for this.Despite this both the firms are not at all claiming any responsibility for this fraud and i want to seek the help of the consumer court.
