Mangalam Teleshopping — They cheated

I am monalisa surin from cuttack, odisha. I had got a call few days back from a company manglam teleshopping, new delhi telling that my phone number had won a lucky draw being held for diwali and the gift was a samsung galaxy a5 phone at the worth of rs.3200. So i had agreed for it. But today when the gift came there was nothing inside it except for a small statue of goddess laxmi. So i want to register my complain about that company. I hope you will definitely help me out. Looking forward for your help. Thank you
